This 54 minutes film documents two live performances
filmed at Chateau Neuf, Oslo in 2007
and Blå Grotte, Fredrikstad in 2008.

It features live versions of songs
from the 2007 album Trollebotn:
"Fjellmannjenta", "Fanteguten", "Som Lindi Bærer Lauv"
and a long experimental version of "Sterke-Nils Døyr"
with smashing of instruments and free noise drones.

The dvd also contains a live version of "Seljordsgutan",
originally released on the At Røyspytten 7" (2002)
plus the previously unreleased "Prinsessa".
